We want you to love your purchase! Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair.

If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will issue a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We’re a small business, and we appreciate your support! Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

We sell 100% unprocessed Vietnamese, high-quality straight hair extensions and bundles. Our hair is soft, smooth, and tangle-free for easy styling.

Take care of it as if it is your own hair. Use a clarifying shampoo, a leave in, and style as prefered! Avoid over-washing to maintain softness and longevity. You can heat style or color the hair, but we recommend using heat protectant and avoiding extreme temperatures. With proper care, our hair can last several months, maintaining softness and shine.

We recommend 1-2 bundles for 18-22 and 3-4 bundles for 24-30. But of course each persons order is different depending on how full or natural you want the look to be.
